Christmas Dinner on the Chäserrugg

This year, Christmas dinners will once again be held on the summit on Friday, 13 December and Friday, 20 December. Spend an atmospheric evening with friends, family or your team in the Chäserrugg summit restaurant and enjoy a festive 4-course menu from the summit kitchen. In between courses, you can discover the view of the mountain scenery and the glowing valleys around the summit building and then warm up again by the crackling fireplace.

With the train ticket, you can travel to the summit during the day and, for example, walk the circular route on the Rosenboden plateau and enjoy the sunset. From the new valley station in Unterwasser, designed by architects Herzog & de Meuron, the renovated funicular railway takes you to the middle station. Here you board the cable car cabin and float over the wintry mountain landscape towards the summit.
