Fresh snow in the Chäserrugg area
Large amounts of fresh snow have fallen since the beginning of the week and now the time has finally come: the Chäserrugg and Chäserrugg-Stöfeli pistes are expected to be open from tomorrow! This means that skiing is possible on the back of the Chäserrugg and you can reach these pistes via the Iltios-Chäserrugg cable car and with the Stöfeli cable car. Due to a technical defect, the Chäserrugg ski lift is not in operation for a short time.
The sporty skier will be challenged by an extended descent from the summit to the valley with the newly opened pistes, while the relaxed skier will enjoy a unique view on the two pistes before returning leisurely through the snow-covered winter forest to Iltios.
Information about open pistes and lifts can be found in the snow and piste report. Drinks and hot meals will also be available as take-aways at the Iltios mountain restaurant and the Chäserrugg summit restaurant this coming weekend. Find out about the current protective measures here.
